Emmaus Life Sciences, Inc. (OTCQB: EMMA), a leader in sickle cell disease treatment, announced today the execution of a purchase agreement for up to $25 million of common stock with Lincoln Park Capital Fund, LLC (“LPC”), a long-only Chicago-based institutional investor.
As part of the purchase agreement, LPC will make an initial purchase of 100,000 shares of common stock at $2.00 per share, representing 33.3% above the closing price of Emmaus common stock on March 2, 2020 as reported on the OTCQB.
